Or should they concentrate instead on developing excavator or fork lift applications? You will use your expertise to make a compelling case for your suggested strategy
  • How many of a new product is our client likely to sell in their first year? How about in the second and third years? Your thorough investigation of the market and industry will make sure their assumptions are based on reality.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ requirements (deliverables) are met in a timely fashion and presented in a manner that is clear and easy to understand.
  • Bring together disparate and complex information and express it in a logical form that tells a story and supports decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate multiple opportunities for a technology or product.

The candidate will be expected to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels. Good interpersonal skills and an open professional manner is highly valued.

A background, or interest, in the automotive or a related industry is a distinct advantage.

The candidate may be from either a commercial or technical background but whichever it is, an appreciation of the other is essential.

Education and Qualifications

You will be working with ambitious and experienced engineers and commercial people. We therefore expect the successful candidate to be educated to degree level in either an engineering/technical, or commercial discipline, and/or with good ‘A’ levels/significant experience and further training that demonstrates your ability and desire to continue learning and adapting to new roles and challenges.
